Competed in 2 state competition and manage to grab runner-up title for both. I have been dieting for more than 10 weeks not including to achieve my own personal goal, total would be 20 weeks. Imagine this for 20 weeks I have to eat the same food with the same method of cooking at almost the same time daily basis. Sound lifeless and boring right ? NO !!
Honestly speaking, I enjoy dieting so much buuuttttt I hate the part when I have to start diet. In the beginning it is so hard for me to switch from Whole meal bread, quick cook oat, peanut butter, Flying Chicken Sandwich to sweet potato, wheat bitx and steam chicken/ boil chicken. Once I manage to execute my diet in the 6 - 8 week period than everything is so easy.
Now I'm back to a normal eating habbit with very- very high carbs and my weight shoot up from 69.4kg to 76.5kg in 4 days. In bodybuilding this is what we call rebound whereby the body will tend to absorb anything in the body rapidly. So don't be surprise to see some bodybuilder they look good on the contest day and look like a balloon 3 to 4 days after the contest.
Than again, there's always a safer way to gain, that is monitoring the weight. Gaining slowly after the contest. I will start back on my diet by tomorrow, so follow me to another journey for my international competition held in Melbourne..

Hi
Have you try Muscle Milk? Kana Sumabat from Controlled Labs and VIper from Lipo6x took Muscle Milk for leaning and gaining muscle. I wanted to try that product one day. At the moment my stack is Jack3d, Asteroid stack by USP labs, purple wraath, myofusion. I still miss Nitrotech pro series. But wanted to try Muscle milk if i could find the seller. What is ur current stack
Yes, I've tried the muscle milk and what 1 word can describe it delicious. in terms of result its reliable but it is slightly costly.
Most of Controlled labs products provide lean gain and increase in strength performance.
Will post up my current pre-contest supplement soon.
Kmaru, What do u recommend in Protein shake which gives u superb result in muscle mass? Some says Nitrotech Pro series. Some say muscle Milk coz u gain muscle and shred fat at the same time coz it contains high level of good fats. What is ur opinion?
Muscle mass = bulky muscle or lean muscle ?. Next I would personally suggest you or other to use the most economical whey protein, reason all of this higher end product are using 100% whey protein in it. The key ingredient to better, faster result/ recovery is the glutamine/creatine/amino/ etc. That's why if you notice that most competitive bodybuilder just stick with 100% whey.
Since you're asking my personal opinion which gives fast result I would say muscle milk, due to additional clean calories in it. To gain muscle mass we need calories to grow so Yeah I prefer it and it has one of the best testing protein shake I've ever try.
Whereby Nitrotech hardcore/ pro series it only contain additional ingredient like creatine, additional amino and their calories is only 150cal.
Grow with clean calories, REMEMBER that
Hi
WHere did u buy Muscle milk 4.96lbs....EjiNutritions is always out of stock for muscle milk.
currently, every where is out of stock but you can try to order from egonutritions. Another choice i can suggest you is get a casein protein and mix it with 1 serving of simple carbohydrate like meltodextrine, waxy maize starch or dextros. Btw what is your current condition like ?
Currently i am on bulking stage till end of aug. I am targetting to be 70kg. Now i am 66kg with the height of 5'5". YOu can search me in bodybuilding.com. My username is jackiecyh. Currently i am lean after cutting phase at May and now i am trying to load for 3 months. With the stack that i have mentioned. I am planning to take UN IsoMass Xtreme Gainer where i have read many user gain 5kg after one tub or after one month. Have you try that product?
My current protein is Myofusion.
I have a brand new tub of Casein and planning to order UN IsoMass Xtreme and stack with it. I also wake up early and cook chicken breast with sweet potatoes and mixed veggies and take that as a post workout meal. I do my training during lunch time. Coz of time commitment with families.
Firstly you're selling supplement to ? Secondly you have a wicked car, the photo from your blog.
A'ite back to the topic, gaining 4kg in 5 week is possible. UN Iso Mass Extreme is a very reliable lean mass gainer but it is kind of pricey even tho it has so many ingredient and comes in 30 serving. Like i said before we gain with the amount of calories we put in.
Iso mass Gainer has about 800cal if you mix it with milk, myofusion is less than 200cal per serving total 1000cal.
If in a day you only consume less than 4 solid meal with this 2 stack of supplement, the amount of calories is still not sufficient. Not just that you skip lunch for workout and i hope you consume a small portion of meal 1 and half hour before you workout.
For post workout, it is best to consume simple carbohydrate like white bread, white rice and fruits reason during your workout you sugar level drop and simple carbs with high GI(glycemic index) will stop it from continuing where by it will also prevent you to be in a catabolic state(muscle lost).
HI,
Yeah i am selling supplement for Brunei customer and i am letting go my wicked car coz i have a 2nd baby now hehehe...
I have 5 meals a day. Sometimes 6 meals depend on food availability.
I dont skip my lunch :-)
I always my pre-workout meal. Normally is 2 pcs of whole meal bread with tuna chunks in water and low fat cheese.
Or sometimes peanut butter with whole meal bread.
I have heavy breakfast for e.g. today i have 1pc of fruit, 2 whole eggs, 5 table spoon of instant oatmeal.
Then my post workout meal will be 2pcs of chicken breast, sweet potatoes. Sometimes a pc of fruit e.g. banana or orange for simple sugars.
Then 4pm, i would have my almond or walnut or sometiemes protein bar.
Then i would have my normal dinner with my family. Eat all the chicken or pork meat in the soup hehehe, some white rice, lots of veggies and fishes.. no sauce taken from the dish.
And if i am hungry, i would feed myself cottage cheese, or 1 serving of protein shake.
My supplement stack: morning multi vitamins,USP labs Anabolic pump (AP) with BF and USP labs prime + fish oil
Pre-workout meal with AP, Prime
Pre-workout shake: Jack3d, USP labs powerfull
GYM for 1hr to 1.5hr
Intra-workout: 1scoop of Purple wraath
Postworkout shake: 2 servings of protein shake (currently is myofusion) AP + prime
Post workout meal
Dinner
Before sleep: USP labs Powerfull
Plan: to take UN isomass xtreme gainer since supplier got stock.
Muscle milk still looking for supplier in stock.
Please comment me if there is any gaps in my nutrition. You are the Mr selangor 2010 and i think u will be MR malaysia one day :-)
heavy breakfast? 1pc of fruit, 2 whole eggs, 5 table spoon of instant oatmeal.
That doesn't sound heavy its not even 800cal. For Oat we count by gram not table spoon. When will you be consuming Iso Mass Gainer ? Post workout to replace myofusion rite. As you can see you can cut the cost of adding calories from supplement and increase you carbs intake for post workout but it is not wrong if you wish to try it.
Based on my experience with the amount of brand and products that I have tried Whey protein is steal whey protein. Calories is just calories but N.O really gives lots of effect to push an individual further.
You want faster recovery, throw in some amino, glutamine, creatine and etc inside
Thanks for the feedback.
Last time i use to take 4 egg whites and 2 whole egg for breakfast... then later i change my eating habit...
I will be consuming ISO Mass by end of next week. and it will replace Myofusion.
I will try to add in more sweet potatoes. Today i have 2 pcs of chicken breast and 2 pc of whole meal bread... I am getting bored with my meal. PLanning to make some pasta soon...
For N.O. I am taking Jack3d plus purple wraath since it contains some pre-workout ingredients...
I plan to try NO shotgun after my jack3d finished...
At the moment i am throwing in amino except no glutamine and creatine is based from the jack3d...
I will look into your advise bro.
Thanks alot
your welcome JC
