I missed out one comment. You have great muscular legs :-) By the way, whats ur height and weight? And whats ur 5setsX5reps for squats, deadlifts, bench press and shoulder press? I want to have a bench mark from you.
My lifting stats:(including olympic bar) Back squat: 115kg Front squat: 70kg Bench Press:80kg Leg press: 205kg Clean & press from floor:50kg Shoulder press:50kg Barbell Bent over rows:90kg
I can say my shoulders are weak, if you look at my lifting stats. But i am satisfy with my legs coz i am 66kg and can squat 1.5 of my body weight. Now i am trying to build my upper body....
